With a 60-90 minute assessment video or phone call and access to personalised plan to address your dog's behaviours and problem areas and receive step-by-step PDFs and videos that demonstrate the best exercises and games to help your dog reach their training goals. That's not all, you'll also receive detailed reviews, feedback, and personalised advice on your training videos, along with weekly catch-up calls to track progress and provide further guidance as needed. Cancellation Policy
You can cancel and receive full refund only if you have not completed your assessment call. After you have completed your assessment call you can cancel and receive 50% refund only if resources (including training plans, videos, PDFs etc) haven't already started being sent. After plan and resources have started you can cancel your monthly subscription to the monthly plan at any time by giving us one months’ notice. This will then cancel your auto renewal for the following month. Subscriptions will automatically renew at the end of the initial subscription period at the standard rate as advertised on our website. We will continue to deduct the subscription fee from your credit or debit card at the appropriate frequency until you cancel. The subscription will remain in place until such time you have cancelled either online or by email - this is regardless of the usage by you the customer during the active subscription period.
